Eala trở thành tay vợt Philippines đầu tiên giành chức vô địch WTA

Tài năng trẻ người Philippines đã giành danh hiệu WTA đầu tiên tại Mexico sau khi đánh bại Panna Udvardy của Hungary (1-6, 7-5, 6-3).

Sau khi thua set đầu tiên, tay vợt 20 tuổi đã thể hiện sự dũng cảm để mang về chiếc cúp WTA đầu tiên cho đất nước (Guadalajara, WTA 125).

Khi bảng xếp hạng WTA được cập nhật, cô sẽ trở lại vị trí thứ 61 thế giới.
